This is the Bill that Gov. Schwarzenegger signed into law that will ban California restaurants from using trans-fats. It was originally proposed by Assemblyman Tony Mendoza.

    I concur, If you want Google to acknowledge your site and not blacklist it you much better pay attention to their guidelines.
