Startups Uncensored #4 - “Finding and Working with Partners”

partnersThis month’s “Startups Uncensored” (we finally gave the talks a name) will be on “Finding and Working with Partners”.  It will be an open and frank town-hall conversation revealing how to find partners to grow your business, how to play nice with others, and deal with issues when they do (inevitably) arise.

The event will be co-hosted this month with Alon Shwartz, the co-founder and CTO of Docstoc (see his thoughts on How to Pick a Partner), and Gregg Spiridellis the co-founder and CEO of JibJab. (more on JibJab below)

These events are put on in conjunction with our friends at DealMaker Media. TO SIGN UP FOR THIS EVENT, CLICK HERE

The event is free and is followed by a reception and mixer at the Docstoc offices in Santa Monica by the promenade. The venue holds about 140 folks, all previous events sold out. If you are not one of the first 140 to RSVP and confirm, we will have a waiting list.

Here were the past three events (talk #1, talk #2, talk #3).  Thanks to TechZulu you can see the video of the last talk here.

About JibJab

(non official marketing copy) In my humble opinion Evan and Gregg and the folks at JibJab are putting out some of the best content on the web.  Their political and social parodies like This Land and Matzah have become instant classics and viral hits.  I’m such a fan of their site, I just recently signed up for their premium membership to have access to all their ecards. ($15 bucks a year, no brainier).  Embeded below is my favorite JibJab classic.
